- You, for as long as you own the home. The warranty is non-transferable, so it does not pass to a new owner if you sell the home.
- What it does not cover
- The warranty covers workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by acts of God, extreme weather, negligence, improper maintenance, or any other causes beyond our control.
Your warranty certificate
Your certificate lists your name, the property address, the roofing system installed, the date of completion and a warranty number. Please keep it with your records.

Does the lifetime warranty cover roof repairs?
Yes. Approved roof repairs are backed by the lifetime workmanship warranty, the same as qualifying roof replacements.
Can I transfer the warranty if I sell my home?
No. The warranty is non-transferable and lasts for as long as you own your home.
Does it cover hail or storm damage?
No. Damage from extreme weather is excluded. Storm damage is usually a homeowners insurance claim, and we can help you with that.
Does it cover the shingles themselves?
The warranty covers workmanship only. Roofing materials carry their own manufacturer warranties.
